Why should apply for enterprise product standard to put on record?



1. These Provisions are formulated in accordance with the Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China, The Regulations for the Implementation of the Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations for the purpose of further strengthening the management of enterprise product standards, raising the level of enterprise product standards and ensuring product quality and safety.



Where there are no national, trade or local standards for the products produced by an enterprise, the product standards of the enterprise shall be formulated as the basis for production and trade. With respect to existing national, trade or local standards, enterprises are encouraged to formulate their product standards which are stricter than the national, trade or local standards.



3. Enterprises are the subject of the formulation and implementation of their product standards, and shall be liable for the contents of their product standards and the consequences of their implementation.



Iv. Product standard registration (product execution standard) is the basis for product qualification. As long as the product is sold on the market, it must have the execution standard number.



Preparation basis of product standard report:



The standard report submitted by the product must meet the legal standard required by GB/T 1.1-2009 Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China. The product delivery standards shall conform to: a) mandatory national standards and industry standards; B) The enterprise standards implemented by the enterprise declaration (note: the standards of the enterprise declaration refer to the standards indicated on the products or their packages, product declarations and labels. C) Product standards of the enterprise. Including: 1) The enterprise product standards formulated in the absence of national, industrial or local standards; 2) In order to improve product quality and enhance market competitiveness, the enterprise formulates enterprise product standards that are stricter than national, industrial or local standards and serve as the basis for delivery; 3) Enterprise product standards that supplement national, industrial or local standards and serve as the basis for delivery.



Time for filing enterprise standards:



The normal cycle of enterprise standard filing is 5-7 working days, and 2-3 days of urgent preparation + filing (except for food, medicine and health products)



The period of validity that enterprise standard puts on record is 3 years commonly originally. The new Standardization Law, which took effect on January 1, 2018, eliminates the requirement for the filing of enterprise standards. As for national standards, trade standards and local standards, the second paragraph of Article 29 of the new Standardization Law stipulates: "The review period of standards shall generally not exceed five years. After re-examination, those that do not meet the needs of economic and social development and technological progress shall be revised or abolished without delay." According to our understanding of the enterprise standards after publicity should be determined according to the needs of the enterprise, but generally do not exceed five years.
